Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original luxury packaging, including all certificates and tags, and pack it securely inside a shipping box.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
